Age Friendly Communities Project

This consultation has concluded.

Through the Age Friendly Communities project, The City of Swan has been consulting with the community to explore ways to improve liveability standards and experiences for older members of our community.

All focus groups and workshops for the Age Friendly Communities project have now been completed and the collating and reporting phase is now underway.

Thank you to those of you who took part and so readily gave your thoughts on this very important initiative; we have thoroughly enjoyed meeting with and listening to many residents throughout the City of Swan.

Feedback from the sessions will be passed on to participants where contact details have been supplied, and the outcomes of the consultation process will be posted on the City of Swan website.
