the area where the swan park is suited is underdeveloped and under used, since the shopping complex was pulled down it grows grass develop the area to be a family friendly precinct there is room for a world class centre go and have a look at olympic Park in sydney the really have benifeted from the 2000 olympics. there could be a a roller skate park included in the area some track and field training etc. somewhere where the whole family can come and compete in their chosen sport and the families of the area could gain valuable time not having to transport their children to several venues. This is an opportunity that if done right there can be benefits for all.

Exactly where it is. There is already the netball facility, the Velodrome and the Calisthenic centre within close proximity of each other. There is plenty of room for expansion and it would take very little to add an additional bus stop within the complex so that people can access public transport. I agree with Old Timer, Sydney Olympic park is amazing and as much as the City of Swan would not support such a huge complex, the concept can be used on a smaller scale.

Definately right where it is. It is so well located and easy to get to. And please, wherever possible, save the trees!!!! i love gazing at them as I exercise in the gym, they shade our cars and they give the place character.
Build around the trees, please!
